I love riding my bike and mildly enjoy running and swimming. But I enjoy all three enough to consider myself a triathlete. I have completed three full Ironmans (Canada, Cozumel and Arizona). I live in Arvada Colorado where I have access to some great rides. I love cycling and I teach spin classes. I want this blog to help friends enjoy cycling and make it part of their life in general and hopefully learn a little bit about cycling in my eyes and all that goes with it.
